Many support questions can be answered by a simple online search or by browsing our Frequently Asked Questions. If you are unable to find the information you are looking for online, please contact us via e-mail. Please forward any questions by e-mail to email@example.com. Please use the same e-mail address if you find any other issues that can be of interest to other F1 compiler users or when submitting sample code.
The preferred method to submit a bug report is to use the built-in bug report generator using the F1 IDE itself, but you can also submit the bug report directly using firstname.lastname@example.org.
When submitting the bug report, please provide as much additional information as possible: OS version, CPU type and all IDE/compiler individual component versions as displayed in the F1 IDE "About" dialog.
We encourage you to file a bug report if the system did not install correctly, crashes or does not behave according to the documentation. We welcome bug reports and all bug reports are taken seriously.
Please note: We prefer to handle all technical support issues via e-mail. We do not offer telephone based support.
Some support questions may be answered by a simple online search. We encourage you to try several search engines, as the results may vary. All queries can be F1 compiler site specific or cover the whole Web.
